Warehouse Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and driven Warehouse Associate to join our team as the sole warehouse employee. This is a critical role that requires independence, organization, and the ability to take ownership of warehouse operations.

Initially, the warehouse will require 6 months of cleanup and reorganization, after which the role will transition into maintaining smooth daily operations and assuming additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Organize and restore order in the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory system.
Receive, inspect, and process deliveries.
Prepare, package and coordinate outgoing shipments.
Operate forklifts (both sit-down and stand-up) in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
Perform general warehouse maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Ability to learn and adapt to new challenges
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license required.
High school diploma or GED preferred
Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) strongly preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
