We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. This position requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate records of company information and client data.
• Review and correct data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Retrieve and process data for reports and presentations.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
• Communicate with team members or supervisors regarding data-related issues.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field.
• Strong typing skills and accuracy (at least 40–60 WPM recommended).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
