Project Manager

Essential Job Functions

Develops project plans to monitor, track and report progress of multiple and simultaneous initiatives.

Projects liaison between project stakeholders and operations, to ensure that all project activities are in support of overall project goals and the company's business objectives.

Coordinates project implementation and provide stakeholders and senior management with regular progress reports of milestones.

Follows up on action items and drive resolutions as well as facilitate additional meetings to close out key issues.

Outlines project plans, defines the deliverables, and ensure that each phase of the project is completed within time and budget.

Provides business stakeholders with clear deliverables.

Ongoing risk management understands, documents, and tracks the risks on a given project and assess those risks for probability and impact.

Holds regularly scheduled meetings with business stakeholders to review status of project deliverables, update work plans and provide feedback to stakeholders on project status and risks.

Provides regular executive summary reporting including status of active projects & risk assessments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in a project manager role in consumer products or marketing.

Very good knowledge of the product design and product life cycle.

Strong operations project management skills to oversee the entire project life cycle including gathering, analysis and reporting

Ability to communicate effectively to engage and influence all stakeholders.

Ability to act as a positive role model, influencing and motivating others and enhancing their ability to contribute to the organizational goals.

Ability to develop highly performing people and teams by managing and enhancing their performance, development, morale and results.

Self-motivated with a strong results orientation based on solid analytical thinking and judgment.

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within and across functions to achieve ambitious goals.

Proficient with PM Software (care and control), and fluency in JDE, E1, and SAP are a plus.

Excellent proficiency in MS Office
