Call Quality Analyst

Looking for truly flexible schedules without working weekends, need a change of scenery? We have the perfect change of pace you are looking for. We are a Scottsdale-based company looking for 1-2 individuals for an entry-level position to analyze service and support calls. The successful candidate will provide analysis and feedback utilizing our proprietary tools and systems. This position will have the option of working from home full-time.

No previous QA experience required. We will train the right candidate!

Skills/ Requirements
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Excellent keyboarding skills.
-Excellent oral and written communications.
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as with others.
-Previous call center work preferred but not required
-Solid work ethic

Important Notes
-FT position M-F only, no weekends or holidays! (PT for the right candidate will be considered)
-Small office and stress-free environment
-Flexible schedules offered
-Raise after 90 days and work from home option to be available
-Bi-lingual a plus but certainly not required
