Accelerance is looking for an innovative and passionate B2B marketing professional to join our remote marketing team in Charlotte, North Carolina or Phoenix, Arizona. The Digital Marketing Content Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing, branding and communication campaigns aligned with our data-driven, omnichannel marketing strategy. This position reports to the CMO and offers an exciting digitally-focused opportunity to gain experience in highly relevant integrated marketing content development, deployment and measurement skills.
Responsibilities:
Play a pivotal role in growing our brand as a thought leader to influence our target audience in the technology consulting space
Partner with the sales enablement team to create CRM initiatives focused on demand generation and nurture campaigns along the marketing funnel
Take multimedia content development to the next level including guides, blog content, email programs, website landing pages, infographics, video and more
Copy writing across a wide variety of media
Oversee creative development of collateral, promotions, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects with graphic design resources
Lead content management, engagement and distribution across all channels with a focus on expanding online and social presence, engagement and NPS
Drive regular website content and functionality upgrades in partnership with the webmaster
Contribute to ideas and initiatives for producing assets for new service offerings and international partner programs
Own the annual marketing and content campaigns calendar ideas and planning
Create and manage project plans
Track digital marketing channel and campaign performance and deliver detailed written reports and verbal presentations directly to the senior management team
Use research insights to create deliverables informed by market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information
Learn and master the marketing stack including Hubspot, NextRoll, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, AdWords and Moz
Required Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing related field required
3+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B preferred), content development, and demand generation.
A passion for the fast-paced B2B technology marketing space
Exceptional writing and content development skills across a range of media
Ability to develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept to launch and measurement
Experience with standard design of marketing assets such as landing pages, emails, collateral - more advanced graphic design skills are a plus
Strong project management and organization skills
Attention to detail with commitment to high-quality work products
Ability to contribute to senior-level management presentations
A fast learner with the ability to quickly master new marketing techniques and tools
Experience with consulting or outsourcing environments is a plus
Experience with a content creation and CRM tool required (Hubspot or Marketo preferred): Our website and campaign management is in Hubspot
Proficient in productivity suites such as Google or O365
Knowledge of Google Analytics with search tool a plus (AdWords, MOZ or SEMRush)
A plus, but not required: Experience with a graphic design tool (eg Adobe suite)
