Production Operator

Second Shift Hours 1:15 PM – 9:45 PM

                                                              Third Shift Hours 9:00 PM – 5:15AM      

Southwest Baking in Tolleson, AZ, is looking for a responsible individual with great work ethics, leadership, judgment, & problem-solving skills to join our production team! 

·        The ideal candidate will operate bakery machinery.

·        Assure quality product is being produced and packaged.

·        Reads production schedules and documents counts, weight, size, and time.

·        Lifts product repetitively up to 30lbs.

·        Maintains work area clean and safe.

·        Uses established policies and procedures for safe, efficient production of product. 

Requirements

Must have previous production/manufacturing experience.  Good math skills required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. 

The ability to lead, motivates others, and have effective verbal and written communication skills. Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

 Experience in the baking or food industry is highly desired. Strong knowledge of computerized automated machinery preferred.

 Candidates must be willing/available to work all shifts, weekends/ holidays required. 

Starting Pay: $15-$17/hr. DOE
