Proactive outreach to key potential partners via phone, email, social media and chat with the intent to convert to Mosaic Partners.
Be the single-point-of-contact for all prospective contractors inbound requests for your assigned region.
Provide best in class enrollment experience to solar installers / contractors. (Partner application to application decision)
Conduct a large volume of outbound calls (75+ daily) to prospects to gather information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested parties in learning more about the company’s products and services.
Conduct outbound telephone consultations with partners to educate them on the value of Mosaic’s program (i.e. benefits, strategies, rates, terms, and conditions) and how to best use to improve their financial offerings.
Ability to work a flexible shift within your assigned region, full time position with no weekend hours; evening hours may be required.
Grow the population of active contractor partners within the home improvement business line.
Implement targeted strategies to increase partner enrollments by industry, region, and communication channel.
