Responsibilities:

Greeting visitors and assisting with applications
Answering multi-line phone
Onboarding new hires to include ensure proper paperwork (I9, W4, WOTC, etc.)
Administering drug screens
Maintaining office supplies and kitchen/bathroom areas

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1+yrs of administrative experience
Stable work history
Valid Driver's license
MUST be able to handle confidential information professionally
Candidate must be familiar with computers, have personable skills, be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and great at follow-ups.
Be a quick learner.
Be computer literate.
Able to multitask.
Be familiar with insurances.
