Our growing agency is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Brief Summary of Duties:
- Assist with variety of projects and tasks to help enhance our clients experience
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and help them connect with one of our dedicated staff
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct team member
- Inbound and outbound calls to existing clients and prospects
- Work with CRM, Outlook, and other web based programs including Word/Excel
- Other duties that may not be listed above
*Preferred Skill Set:
- Previous office experience (previous insurance experience would be a plus!)
- 2+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
