Customer/Data Active Representative

Job Summary

Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to offer customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service.

You’re literally the voice of the brand, and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers starts with you. So only the awesome need apply.

Responsibilities

· Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.

· Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.

· Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers

· Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.

· Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.

· Recommend products that best suit the customer.

Qualifications:

· Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all coworkers/clients/guests

· High school diploma or GED OR 2 years of equivalent working experience

· Demonstrate ability to promote and establish teamwork and individual leadership within the department

· Proficiency of Microsoft Office Applications
