Job Purpose
Under general direction, the Inside Marketing Manager (IMM) is primarily responsible for generating pipeline revenue. The IMM oversees the performance of the Sales Development Representatives (SDR) outbound calling campaigns and the handling of tele-vendor leads. The IMM ensures that SDR’s are adequately trained and have the competency to meet the annual targets and KPI requirements of the role. In addition, the IMM assists the SDR with building and maintaining professional relationships with the client sales executives.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities

·         Manage the schedules and schedule adherence of SDR’s to ensure achievement of quarterly target KPI’s and MGO production.

·         Coach SDR’s to understand how to strategically penetrate large enterprise accounts in order to meet performance objectives.

·         Provide direction and support to SDR’s, including timely feedback on all aspects of their activities to build a high-performance team; seek continuous improvement, and encourage SDR to strive for even greater achievement.

·         Partner with client territory managers to review calling priorities and their accounts.

·         Lead SDR recruitment efforts in conjunction with Human Resources to ensure high caliber talent acquisition in alignment with client staffing requirements.

·         Collaborate with Televerde Client Success department to ensure that the expectations of client stakeholders are being met, including the execution of SDR Intelesight campaigns.

·         Ensure ongoing review of SDR metrics, Stack Rank, and Production Report to drive performance improvements. Address performance issues via appropriate methods (i.e., performance plans).

·         Coach SDR’s on call performance based on weekly monitoring and assessment of SDR calling activity.

Education and Experience

·         Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.

 

·         Minimum three (3) years successful supervisory or management experience with heavy emphasis on team development required.

·         Two (2) + years of call center experience preferred.

·         Experience in B2B sales and marketing programs preferred.

·         Past exposure to market verticals and trends helpful.

·         Experience in high tech industry preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·        Excellent verbal and written communication and document preparation skills

 

·         Proficient in Windows-based software applications and the ability to understand system logic and capabilities

·         Proven ability to problem solve, handle conflict, anticipate issues/concerns, troubleshoot problems, and proactively institute creative solutions

·         Strong business and analytical skills.

·         Ability to learn quickly while continually recognizing and adapting to changing conditions; ability to act as a change agent and leader for the team.

·         Ability to function in a fast-paced role and facilitate innovation and creativity to generate ideas for quick response.

·         Ability to drive staff performance improvement through effective application of coaching and development techniques.

·         Solid understanding of sales techniques.

·         Solid understanding of tactical and strategic marketing methodologies

·         Ability to make sound decisions and implement practical, timely solutions.

·         Ability to effectively delegate as necessary, with appropriate follow-up and accountability for timely results.

·         Strong leadership skills, with the ability to enthusiastically engage and motivate others. 
Ability to employ good judgment, act with integrity, take ownership and accountability, and seek advice when necessary.

·         A proven understanding of desired results and effective systems that can achieve the goals of the team and the organization.
