Candidate Sourcer – Gilbert, AZ

Job Duties

·        Pull candidates from an applicant tracking system (ATS)

·        Send e-mail blasts and call candidates

·        Schedule calls to screen applicants

·        Call Center experience is a plus

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced office setting with distractions and still pay close attention to detail

·        Effectively match candidate’s skills to each position that the sourcers are assigned to

·        Perform phone screenings and decide whether or not to move the candidate forward

Job Requirements 

·        Effective written and spoken communication skills

·        1+ years previous experience in a customer service oriented role

·        Type 35 WPM

·        Call Center experience is a plus

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced office setting with distractions and still pay close attention to detail

·        Effectively match candidate’s skills to each position that the sourcers are assigned to

·        Perform phone screenings and decide whether or not to move the candidate forward
