Production Operator

Currently USG Corporation has an immediate opening for two Production Operators in its Joint Compound facility in Glendale, AZ. We will train motivated individuals who are interested on full time entry-level manufacturing positions. We hire people for careers, not jobs. The starting rate of pay is $16.75/hour and a quarterly safety/productivity incentive is also available. The company offers an excellent benefits package that includes; medical, dental, vision, 401k, retirement, health club reimbursements, paid holidays, and vacation benefits.

USG’s selection process includes skill testing, interviews with department management and employees in addition to a background investigation. Qualified Candidates must be able to:

· Ability to work overtime as needed.

· Must be able to rotate between shifts or work fixed second shift.

· Currently operating 2 shifts (6am-3pm & 3pm-12pm).

· Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse and transportation experience and/or training helpful.

· Ability to be flexible as this job requires a variety of job tasks.

· Manufacturing experience preferred.

· Forklift experience helpful/not necessary.
