Manager of Tech Services

Your Mission:

Collaborate with executive leadership to shape every aspect of the business. Hire, onboard, train and lead our field tech team, develop customer offerings, conduct and built customer technology seminars and more. You should be a master of getting stuff done!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct service calls with residential and business customers during startup phase.

  • Hire, onboard, train and lead our field tech team

  • Provide technical, customer service support and leadership to tech services team.

  • Develop and conduct customer technology seminars

  • Assist with development of product and service offerings

  • Manage and staff customer contact center

  • Attend sales calls with potential clients as needed

  • Work with software development team on management software

  • Prioritize all IT projects and facilitate their completion

  • Recommend new technology

  • Other tasks as needed or directed. We are a startup so you will wear many hats.

Your Experience and Capabilities:

  • Customer facing IT support service experience.

  • Ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience within technology services, customer support and IT leadership.

  • Experience with Microsoft and Mac based systems required

  • Experience with both IOS and Android OS

  • Experience with connected home devices

  • Solid leadership experience and an understanding of the dynamics involved in team leadership.

  • You have a genuine interest in the happiness, well-being, and success of everyone on your team. You feel fulfilled when they are reaching their fullest potential.

  • You have extensive customer service experience by phone and in person and can instill a customer service mindset in your team.

  • Ability to travel locally to support clients. Must have clean driving record.

  • Basic sales skills and the ability to take in-bound inquiries and convert them to appointments.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • You are a naturally empathetic and articulate communicator
