Contract Sourcing Recruiter – Part Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented, results-driven person who is enthusiastic about recruitment for our Chandler, AZ and San Ramon, CA offices. The Sourcing Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Business Development Specialists - Inside Sales people for both offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced exciting environment. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, phone screens, and scheduling interviews. Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruiting strategy to meet the company’s growth needs.
Manage the full cycle recruiting to include generating pipeline, sourcing candidates, resume review, phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
Source and identify candidates via career sites, social media and professional networking sites.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to qualify potential candidates.
Conduct reference checks.
Attend career fairs as needed.
Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner, providing a great candidate experience.

Skills & Knowledge:

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
BA/BS degree desired.
Proven experience in assessing and qualifying candidates.
Proven experience sourcing passive and active candidates utilizing up to date recruiting techniques based on position demographics and industry trends.
Advanced communication and customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Positive attitude exhibiting flexibility, resourcefulness and self-determination.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
