Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented, results-driven person who is enthusiastic about recruitment for our Chandler, AZ and San Ramon, CA offices. The Sourcing Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Business Development Specialists - Inside Sales people for both offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced exciting environment. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategy to meet the company’s growth needs.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting to include generating pipeline, sourcing candidates, resume review, phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
  • Source and identify candidates via career sites, social media and professional networking sites.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to qualify potential candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Attend career fairs as needed.
  • Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner, providing a great candidate experience.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
  • BA/BS degree desired.
  • Proven experience in assessing and qualifying candidates.
  • Proven experience sourcing passive and active candidates utilizing up to date recruiting techniques based on position demographics and industry trends.
  • Advanced communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Positive attitude exhibiting flexibility, resourcefulness and self-determination.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Position Type: 

  • This is a contract position, 20-24 hours per week. Duration: 2 month assignment.
