JOB DESCRIPTION

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the strategic vision, coordination, and implementation of digital marketing efforts across all channels including responsibilities related to the web, SEO/SEM, lead capture, database marketing, content strategy, social media, and analytics reporting. You will develop and manage a strategy that drives organic inbound prospects to our website via our marketing automation tool, Pardot, and creates awareness of Interface Inc. products and our thought leadership, resulting in increased traffic to our site and an increase in marketing-qualified leads to our sales team. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our position as a world leader in our industry while transforming the digital marketing department into an engine of growth for the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Devise strategies and manage all marketing efforts as they relate to online prospecting, including SEO/SEM, PPC ads, retargeting display ads, Google display/engagement, social (both paid and organic), content development, and other digital advertising associated with web acquisition efforts aimed at increasing traffic and driving organic leads.
  • Master and utilize the company’s marketing automation tool and services (Pardot, a Salesforce product) to drive quantifiable results for inbound web and email marketing campaigns.
  • Research current core market verticals and segments and evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data in order to identify incremental sales/lead opportunities.
  • Serve as our webmaster, working with an external agency to help oversee the development and launch of a new company new website.
  • Manage the company website, the content management system, and data assets, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, prospects, and job seekers who visit our website.
  • Define, monitor, track, and communicate conversion rates, campaign performance, and KPI performance on a regular basis in order to translate analytics into action-based insights.
  • Oversee the social media strategy for the company.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Review new technologies and emerging trends to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing, leveraging the latest and greatest techniques to amplify your message in market.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education                   BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field proffered.

Experience/Requirements         3-5+ years of B2B experience in digital marketing and marketing automation; MUST HAVE PARDOT EXPERIENCE OR CERTIFICATION; complete a Type Preference questionnaire. Local candidates only. No relocation provided.

    • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to achieve deadline driven goals.
  • Thorough knowledge of WordPress website design, maintenance, and tracking.
  • Must be able to maintain up most confidentiality at all times.
  • Able to travel as required.
  • Able to deal effectively with people of different cultures.
