Here is a typical CCG task list:

Build strong relationships driven by service and understanding of our client partner’s needs. 

Be incredibly accurate when entering orders and partner information into our system

Thrive in our high–volume call center.

Prioritize and return all follow–up calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner

Research and respond to Return Merchandise requests and ensure partner challenges are resolved quickly  

Assist clients with accurate and speedy service utilizing multiple client service-based systems

Regularly attend training and engagement opportunities to increase your contributions to our environment

Enjoy one another’s company

Desired skills; clear positive communication skills, flexibility,time management, ability to handle surprise.
