We are currently looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to drive facilities activities in North Carolina!

This person will lead maintenance and facilities activities for multiple production sites in and around the Charlotte, NC area. The ultimate goal of each Maintenance Tech is to keep our stores in top condition and operating with optima production at all times.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Advanced Level general building maintenance including commercial and electrical trouble shooting
Advanced electrical work, plumbing maintenance and metal fabrication/welding
Installing, pulling, punching down and maintaining Cat 5 phone system (cat5) cable
Ensuring optimal operating of machinery/mechanical equipment & performing preventative maintenance
Travel to multiple sites to assist Site Managers with performing maintenance/repairs
Work independently & demonstrate a high sense of urgency so that all repairs minimally impact business and production

Skills & Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

MINIMUM of 5 - 10 years advanced level experience in breakdown commercial and production maintenance
Journey level experience in plumbing, electrical and commercial building maintenance
Journey level experience with 3 phase high voltage, AC/DC and distribution panels
Experience working and repairing Hydraulic systems, Pneumatics and commercial conveyor systems
Positive attitude with the ability to be flexible and adapt to new procedures and processes
Strength in Communication and coordinating teams is important
