We’re seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (CSA) at our Lube Centers in in Houston along 1960 Road!

What you would do:

·         Promptly acknowledge customers

·         Present options based on customers expressed needs

·         Properly invoice customers based on the services performed

·         Provide world class customer service by consistently exceeding established performance goals and standards

·         Accurately process service tickets and balance cash drawers at the completion of each shift

What we’re looking for:

·         Outstanding Customer Service and ability to problem solve

·         Focused on educating customers using soft sell approaches

·         Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, & written)

·         Must be at least 18yrs of age with availability to work a full time, flexible schedule

·         High energy and interested in working outdoors on your feet for extended  hours

·         Automotive or Lube experience preferred
