We are adding to our team and seeking a Payroll Analyst!

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will be a flexible, team oriented, payroll professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

What you would do:

• Process large, multi-state payrolls
• Research and reconcile complex payroll adjustments and tax issues
• Assist with audits, month end reporting, and year-end preparation and processes
• Investigate payroll variances
• Build and maintain internal process tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing
• Partner with Sr. Payroll Analyst on report writing and special projects
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal customers and stakeholders

·         Experience with high volume full gross to net multi-state payroll

·         Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

·         Knowledge of federal and state payroll taxes

·         Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work through projects of high complexity

·         Proficiency in analyzing data and creating and extracting reports from raw data and larger reports

·         Superior attention to detail and accuracy with a personal commitment to producing the highest quality work

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a variety of team members

·         Flexibility and adaptability with new and changing situations

·         Commitment to a solution oriented approach to challenges and obstacles

·         Excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple details and timelines

·         Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team oriented, fast paced environment

·         CPP designation a plus
