Contact customers via outbound and inbound telephone calls
Update full and complete account information
Utilize various means of skip tracing to locate customers
Negotiate payment arrangements

Adhere to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Ace (FDCPA) as well as state and federal regulations - prior training preferred
Follow all company policies and procedures

Skills & Responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalency preferred
On the job training is provided. No Experience Needed.
