Job Description

We are looking to enhance our existing base of providers with Therapists (LCSW or LPC) who have experience working with children, adolescents and adults and have varied specialties.

AZ Family Counseling Center, located in Phoenix, Arizona, is a full-service, private family mental health care practice that offers counseling and medication management services for children, adolescents and adults. We have a team of highly qualified and dedicated providers (psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and counselors who believe in working with our patients to improve and maintain their well-being. We work together to serve your entire family for all of your mental health care needs in all stages of life. We provide comprehensive front and back office services for our contracted providers, including:

Furnished office space with a large waiting room, individual offices, and group room
Administrative staff to provide all front and back office services such as appointment scheduling, patient check-in, billing, fee collection, and more
Fully integrated practice management system with Calendaring, Electronic Health Records, Prescription Order/Refill management, and Billing functionality

Skills & Responsibilities

Master's degree or higher from an accredited school of social work, counseling, or related field with minimum 3 years of experience treating patients. Must be certified as an LCSW or LPC with the Arizona State Board, carry liability insurance ($1m/$3m), and be well-versed in a variety of specialties pertaining to children, adolescent and/or adults.

Salary Details

Providers are contract workers that are paid a percentage of patient and insurance collected revenue. The practice collects a set contribution percent monthly. The contribution percentage is based on skill/license level and number of patients treated per month.
