Desired Skills & Experience:

Technical recruiting at SBT is a TELEPHONE CENTERED business where you will gain responsibility for the entire life cycle recruitment from A to Z. You will recruit experienced semiconductor professionals through cold-calling, database mining, social media platforms, and other ways you create along the way, etc.
Consistently build relationships with professionals in the industry; making you the go-to person when the time is right to make a career change and discovering the needs of potential employers before anyone else knows they exist
Breed further business opportunities and candidates through abundant referrals
Yearning to perform in a high pressure, competitive, fast-growth entrepreneurial company
Basic computer skills. Must understand Google search, MS Office, LinkedIn etc.
