Sales Qualification is a major component to our success and this role is critical to help us in identifying qualified leads that we can pass to our sales team. Ultimately, they love helping businesses succeed and positively impacting the lives of small business owners!

Skills & Responsibilities

A Day in the Life…

Follow up with leads to qualify them to be handed off to the sales team – leads include purchased leads, webinar attendees to the live session and replay versions, customer referrals and older leads within existing database
Manage live chat function on website for new interested prospects, handing off qualified leads to sales team
Provide succinct follow-up via phone and email
Eat cereal, have a few laughs, stay focused, work hard. Repeat.

Must Haves…

- You’ve had 1-3 years of phone sales experience

- You’re a rock-star communicator, both in email and on the phone

- You don’t get flustered easily because you’re on top of details, organized and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

- You can think on the fly and adapt quickly

- Pressure… what pressure? Deadlines? NO PROBLEM, you love a challenge!

- You’ve got passion and genuine care for small businesses

Ideally, You…

- Have experience with marketing automation or email marketing solutions

- Have experience in the software of technology industry

- Have experience working in or with small businesses

- You’ve earned your Bachelor’s degree, high-five!
