We are the Sales and Partner Operations Department and we serve as the cross-functional support of the Sales and Partner organization. Our mission is to increase operational efficiencies, maximize customer/employee delight, and drive revenue. Our team helps the Sales and Partner organization at Infusionsoft be uber-successful by enabling the teams to do great work. We are looking for a strategic Sales Operations Manager to help the organization scale our internal sales operations as we grow. We need someone who is extremely passionate about helping our partners succeed through overall maintenance of the partner program systems and processes.

Ways You’ll Innovate and Constantly Improve:
- Gathering empirical and anecdotal data and performing thorough analysis to uncover areas of opportunity within the sales organization
- Lead process creation and implementation to maximize efficiency and metric outputs of the Sales & Partner Dev Role
- Cross-departmental collaboration to achieve department and company goals
- Define and deliver sales analytics and tools designed to optimize sales force productivity, sales growth and profitability
- Automation and support tools pricing and contract management competitive analysis development and implementation of sales compensation plans
- Implement practical, technology based tools to improve rep effectiveness
Must haves qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working within an sales organization
- 5+ years sales operations/enablement background
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with both routine and ad hoc analysis, including knowledge of data base products. Broad based business knowledge.
- Experience working in the technology industry, with a strong focus on software companies, preferred but not required.
- Experience in a sales environment, with demonstrated strong influencing skills. Strong communication and team skills, leadership and initiative.
- Experience with MS Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuite, or another enterprise-level CRM software system.
