Purl in the Pines, Flagstaff's best (and only) yarn shop, is looking for a full or part-time sales associate. We are a full-service yarn shop, offering lessons, classes, customer assistance with choosing yarn and projects, and so much more! Our store attracts people from all over the world, and we have a great reputation for being a friendly, helpful, and fun group! We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about knitting, crocheting, and all things yarn! The ideal candidate is comfortable using Quickbooks POS, social media, and Ravelry, in particular. If you have a love for fiber, lots of energy, and are good with people, please email your resume with a cover letter outlining your retail experience, as well as your fiber history~

Core day-to-day functions include:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Keeping the store clean and organized
- Operating a cash register and computer system
- Receiving orders and restocking shelves
Must be an intermediate knitter/crocheter who is comfortable helping/teaching others knitting.
Must be clean and friendly~good customer service is very important.
Must be able to lift boxes and stock shelves.
Must be very comfortable using the computer. Social media, website management, newsletters, and operating the POS is a must.
Salary is dependant on skill level and experience.
