We are a leading provider of technology solutions to corporations, educational institutions and government entities of all sizes. We offer design, development, and distribution of brand-name computer and consumer electronics products, after-sales service, technical support, integration and the development of solutions.

We have an immediate career opportunity for a qualified and dedicated individual to join our team as a Human Resource Generalist at our Scottsdale location. The Human Resources Generalist assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: Benefits Administration, Recruitment, New Hire Orientation and Payroll.

Please note that this location will soon be relocating to a newly renovated building in Tempe. We are very excited about the growth of our business in Arizona, get in on the ground floor of this expansion so you can say you were part of it all!

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCES IS REQUIRED

The HR Generalist has partial responsibility for these areas:

Recruitment and Staffing;
Benefits Administration including but not limited to: Health & Dental;
New Hire Orientation and attendant paperwork;
Maintenance of employee files and the HR filing system;
Administration & maintenance of the payroll system;
Updating & maintaining the company policy manual as policies change;
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.

The Human Resources Generalist contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resources Generalist helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff, and assists company managers with HR issues.

Skills & Responsibilities

A high school diploma;
College level training in business, communication or human resources is desired;
Two to five years of comprehensive human resources experience, with an emphasis on record keeping/maintenance, payroll, and recruiting.
