Clinical Services Specialist
Job Description
Universal Background Screening is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Drug Screening/Occupational Health Services Team as a Clinical Services Specialist. This position is responsible for providing customer service to our clients related to their drug testing and occupational health orders, following up with labs and clinics to obtain results, inputting, reviewing and finalizing drug test and occupational health reports into our electronic tracking system. Clinical Services Specialists may also be cross-trained in the role of a urine drug screen collector.

Skills/Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in Drug Testing, Occupational Health, Third Party Administrator (TPA) or similar position is preferred.
- DOT knowledge/experience is a plus.
- Communicate in a professional, customer service-oriented manner
