Lease Admin Assistant
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate and submit credit approvals
- Contract Adjustments-process deal paperwork
- Audit all incoming paperwork for new customer contracts
- New Customer Contract Set-up (system based)
- Equipment buyout tracking
- Invoice allocations
- Process paperwork/deals for new customers without leased equipment (CPP Deals)
- Process monthly Escalations of CPP deals
- Process volume changes on CPP deals
- Tracking/Providing contract payment breakdowns (Sales Support)
- Responsible for Special Invoicing requirements
- Monthly Reporting: Lease Maturity Reports, Contract Expiration/Renewal, Sales Log (CPP only Deals), Buyout Report
- Tracking/Managing Customer Buyouts & Returns
- Equipment Billing on “Cash Deals”
Skills & Responsibilities
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
- Experienced Data Entry
- High Attention to Detail
- Strong Math Skills (numbers oriented individual)
- Experience in Contract Management/Sales Support/Accounts Receivable is a BONUS but not required.
