The Little Gym International is seeking a dynamic, energetic individual to join our corporate team as a Support Systems Analyst. This position is responsible for providing tier 2 support to the franchise community and internal corporate users. Core responsibilities will include reviewing, analyzing, and escalating or resolving support requests from our professional help desk center, working with franchise owners, gym employees, and other end users to troubleshoot application issues, as well as performing application testing (end-user and integration).
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as in a team environment with non-technical end users, developers, help desk, and systems administration staff. Employees are based out of our corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona with standard business working hours. After-hours/On-call work may be required as support or deployment processes dictate.
