Support Systems Analyst

Job Description

The Little Gym International is seeking a dynamic, energetic individual to join our corporate team as a Support Systems Analyst.  This position is responsible for providing tier 2 support to the franchise community and internal corporate users.  Core responsibilities will include reviewing, analyzing, and escalating or resolving support requests from our professional help desk center, working with franchise owners, gym employees, and other end users to troubleshoot application issues, as well as performing application testing (end-user and integration).

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides support for complex technical issues and initiatives related to large-scale applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services
• Provide 2nd level support and analysis to multiple .NET Windows applications, Web applications, and SQL databases
• Review and validate support requests escalated from the support center
• Work with the development team to complete break/fix issues
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during testing and deployment of applications
• Troubleshoots network, hardware and software issues and coordinates resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups for production systems including SQL, IIS, SharePoint, and Office365
• Miscellaneous projects as assigned

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as in a team environment with non-technical end users, developers, help desk, and systems administration staff.  Employees are based out of our corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona with standard business working hours.  After-hours/On-call work may be required as support or deployment processes dictate.

Skills & Responsibilities

Qualified applicants should have:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• At least three years of similar or related experience
• Proven technical experience in Windows Server Administration, Windows 7/8.1 Administration, SQL Server 2005/2008 development and design, T-SQL, CSS, HTML, and basic networking skills
• Experience and knowledge of Cisco routers, Visual Studio, TFS, MOSS, MSCRM, Sage SalesLogix, PCI Compliance, and Agile methodologies is preferred, but not required
