DIGITAL SALES COORDINATOR
Phoenix (KTVK-3TV, KASW-CW6, azfamily.com) is seeking motivated professionals to join our Digital Sales Team in the position of Digital Sales Coordinator.
GENERAL SUMMARY AND DUTIES This position will be responsible for the ordering, implementation and fulfillment of online advertising campaigns. The Digital Sales Coordinator will work with a diverse team of account executives to coordinate campaigns with internal and external partners. The position is responsible for increasing sales efficiencies by coordinating ad processes, organizing creative and credit issues, providing campaign reporting and assisting in other sales processes as necessary. This position will report directly to the Digital Sales Manager. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years experience in an inside or outside sales assistant/coordinator environment preferred. Digital media sales experience strongly preferred. Ability to multi-task, manage operational processes and experience with web-based operation systems is necessary. Must demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft applications, as well as possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in Google DFP and online CMS systems is a plus. Candidate needs to be a self-starter, have a positive attitude in difficult situations and be personally motivated.
