About Us

Affiliated Building Maintenance, Inc. opened for business in October 1996. I, Molly Martinez (Owner, CFO), started Affi-liated with an old rebuilt Hoover Vacuum and a mop bucket with rusted wheels which would fall off when filled with wa-ter. Our first accounts were two Churches, one of which we still service today.

Since that time, we have grown tremendously into a multi-faceted maintenance and janitorial company servicing all of Phoenix and Tucs
