Our Mission Statement was created to express the way all of our employees treat our customers – with honesty, integrity, and quality. Our technicians respect our customers and their vehicles. If they didn’t, Action Auto Repair would not employ them!
Our motto? We NEVER put money ahead of PEOPLE!
Action Auto Repair is not only a great place to have your car repaired, but a great place to work! We NEVER put money ahead of people and our employees always act according to that philosophy. Our Mission Statement is something we take very seriously.
We are a friendly, neighborhood auto repair shop that offers a continuous technical training program, a NATIONWIDE 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty on all our work, a FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE, and many other amenities. Our customers look to us to provide them with the highest quality service and repairs to keep them safely on the road.
Tom and his wife, Sue, have owned Action Auto Repair since 1996. Originally from a small town in Northern Illinois, his interest in cars started very young when he started taking them apart and putting them back together. After graduating from High School, he took a job in California as an auto parts representative which eventually brought him to Arizona.
