OnTrac is currently hiring Settlement Entry Clerks at our Data & Document Control Center in Chandler, AZ.

Successful candidates will:

Reconcile driver settlement invoices by sorting and completing data entry, for services provided in order to assist with driver payroll data.
Be responsible for the entry of driver settlement for services provided from source documents into the computer following the department procedures.
Compile, sort and verify data that has been entered into the related computer systems.
Review reports and researches system information to verify the accuracy of the data.
Assist in the reconciliation of system generated exceptions by cross referencing data between various modules of the company’s proprietary database.
File or route source documents after entry.
Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.
