INSTALLERS - WE WILL TRAIN + We offer TOP PAY!

First Impression Security Doors is seeking Installers. Installers will come to the Gilbert location to pick up product and deliver to the customer's homes throughout the Valley.

Enjoy a Monday through Friday 8am-5pm work week, we do work weekends on occasion when the workload requires
This is a rewarding, high paced environment with customer and project deadlines
This is not a turn and burn opportunity, many of our team members have been with the company 5 + years
This is an entry level opportunity in our Service Department with plenty of room for growth and responsibility.
We are a tight nit, small office and locally owned family business who prospers based on our high level of team work, this is not your typical call center environment

Skills & Responsibilities

Qualified candidates must have:

General Construction Knowledge
Skilled with hand and power tools a must
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Occasional out-of-state travel (rare)
You will use your Own Truck (open bed) and Tools for work Valley Wide delivery
Valid Arizona Driver’s License
Good Driving Record – No More Than 2 Traffic Violations or DUI within a 39 month time frame.
Must pass a pre-employment drug and background check
