Our Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative keeps our offices running smoothly and plays an essential role in keeping Blue Sky customers happy. Duties include fielding customer phone calls and providing exceptional service to each customer, scheduling service routes, dispatching and communicating with technicians, tracking key business statistics and data and collecting past-due receivables. If you have a positive attitude, good communication, organizational skills, basic computer experience and the ability to learn new software applications quickly, we need you!

Job Description

  • Dedicate time and attention to assisting customers using proper phone etiquette to effectively solve problems, answer questions and ensure that the customer feels his or her needs have been met or exceeded.

  • Able to problem solve and communicate effectively with customers, office staff and service managers.

  • Fast-pace environment and organized.

  • Highly dependable, responsible, self-starter able to work well independently and a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple task and projects concurrently.

  • Ensure all work is performed in conjunction with established policies and procedures to provide consistent and quality service to each customer.

  • Work with other office staff members to ensure that documentation and customer information is entered and tracked properly.

Skills & Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.

  • Agree to and pass a pre-employment background and drug test and agree to ongoing random drug testing.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Comfortable working with computers, emailing and able to type at least 40 wpm.
