OnTrac is currently hiring a PM Data Entry Clerk (Part-Time) at our Data & Document Control Center in Chandler, AZ.

Successful candidates will:

Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.
Compare data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
Respond to inquiries regarding entered data.
Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
Review error reports and enter corrections into computer.
File or route source documents after entry
Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.

Skills & Responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal Data Entry Clerks will possess the following skills and abilities:

6 months prior data entry experience in a production environment
Multi-task between multiple applications in a windows based environment
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instruction
A knowledge of personal computers in a window based environment, with familiarity of Microsoft Office software
Thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment
Have strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Successfully pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Salary Details

SALARY

Starting pay for Part-Time Data Entry Clerk is $10.00/hr.
Enjoy working in a professional, casual, team based environment.
Work a part-time set schedule with hours ranging from 7:00PM to 2:00AM (Pacific Time) Monday through Fridays (Subject to change).
