Answer incoming calls from new members who have just been signed up for our services and assisting them with their questions regarding credit repair.
- answer calls professionally
- respond and answer members inquiries/questions
- research required information using available resources
- provide members with product and service information
- follow up with members when necessary
- complete call log

Skills & Responsibilities
Customer Service experience
- Call Center experience preferred but not required
- Type 35+ wpm/computer navigation skills
- Quick learner
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Organized / Detailed
- Good time management
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
