Answer incoming calls from new members who have just been signed up for our services and assisting them with their questions regarding credit repair.

• answer calls professionally
• respond and answer members inquiries/questions
• research required information using available resources
• provide members with product and service information
• follow up with members when necessary
• complete call log

Skills & Responsibilities

Customer Service experience

• Call Center experience preferred but not required
• Type 35+ wpm/computer navigation skills
• Quick learner
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Organized / Detailed
• Good time management
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
