We’re committed to helping small businesses succeed; as a successful Professional Services Consultant you will be responsible for helping new customers with the Infusionsoft software in a way that excites them and brings them value. This includes discovering motivation for why a small business owner would spend their time setting up the software, supporting multiple customers at any given time through AMAZING pipeline and time management skills, and providing top-notch consultative marketing strategies for our customers. The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for effectively coaching customers to build their proficiency in the Infusionsoft application, therefore empowering them to be successful in the software for years to come. Oh, and by the way, all of this happens over the phone.

Skills & Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping customers recognize value within 30 days and communicate a 90-day game plan
  • Conducting an in-depth needs analysis through listening, diagnosing, and recommending marketing strategies and best business practices
  • Creating Infusionsoft fanatics who will promote Infusionsoft to their friends and family
  • Pursuing professional and personal development to ensure adequate knowledge of the markets and industries Infusionsoft serves, as well as the products and services Infusionsoft provides
  • Updating, on a timely basis, Infusionsoft's CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information
  • Maintaining CRM records
  • Obtaining, reviewing, and applying Infusionsoft's TruConsulting Methodology
  • Supporting participation in Infusionsoft events and promotions, such as InfusionCon, local and online events
  • Contributing to a team selling environment
  • Having fun!!!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, owned and operated a small business, or 3+ years in a consultative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM, email marketing, shopping cart systems and online marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service to customers
  • The desire to be intellectually challenged and have a positive impact on the world
  • A solid work ethic with concrete evidence to back it up
  • Ability to maintain an optimistic, flexible attitude in a very fast-paced environment
  • Proven follow-up, follow-through, and communication skills
  • Some sales and/or persuasion skills
  • Highly motivated, results-driven individual

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of work experience in one of the following fields: advertising/marketing, B2B consulting, or SaaS
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • In-depth marketing background, especially social-media and online marketing
  • Working knowledge of the Infusionsoft application
