We are looking for an amazing Loyalty Manager to help small businesses succeed and deliver on Infusionsoft's retention and revenue goals. The Loyalty Managers build loyalty by fostering customer relationships, helping customers use Infusionsoft tools and resources, and recommending empowering solutions, products, and services to our customers. Loyalty Managers work individually and in small teams, primarily via phone and email, to resolve customer concerns, anticipate customer needs, and proactively reach out to customers.. Skills & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients as an individual and sharing responsibilities and team targets within a small group
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned targets for customer retention, refunds/credits, and strategic objectives as an individual and within a small group
  • Completing strategic proactive, voice-to-voice (phone) outreach to customers to help them succeed, articulating the benefits and functionality of Infusionsoft and setting specific measurable goals with their customers
  • Prescribing a path to success based on customer goals, obstacles, and resources
  • Proactively assessing and validating customer needs; Addressing and responding to customer concerns within 24 hours
  • Leading solution development efforts and coordinating with other departments to communicate customer needs, trends, and recommendations for improvement
  • Working with our customers via the phone and email
  • Strong time management, self-management, a sense of urgency, and organization skills are required in order to be successful

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Understanding and alignment with our Infusionsoft Values
  • Understanding and passion for Small Businesses
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of customer service, sales, account management and/or consultative experience
  • Effective time management, self-management, and demonstrated organizational skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork, contribution to team objectives, and ability to collaborate with others daily
  • Excellent written, verbal, phone communication; virtual and live presentation skills
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, social media, etc.)
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, committed to personal growth and innovation
  • Outstanding work ethic and attendance

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience owning a small business
  • Knowledge of CRM technologies and methodologies
  • 1-2 years in a management or leadership role
  • Infusionsoft, NetSuite proficiency
