Job Description

International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE), a Global Travel & Leisure Company are seeking New Membership Account Managers to join our Team! This role will be based at our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Bilingual a plus but not required. Previous timeshare experience desirable! Very lucrative commission and bonus structure!

The average yearly salary for 2013 was $111,000. The average tenure in this department is 6 1/2 years. Paid Holidays

Monday to Friday schedule

Position Purpose:
To offer new memberships to customers and upgrade, up-sell or renew existing memberships to current customers.

Job Responsibilities
o Offer memberships to new customers and activate new members
o Upgrade, up-sell, or renew existing memberships to current customers
o Offer accurate and timely customer service to all customers
o This position makes outbound sales calls. The incumbent is on the phone 6-8 hours per day.
o The position will also require manual calling and calling off of lead sheets.
o Work in a fast paced and highly competitive call center environment.
o This position will require working occasional mandatory work days to achieve department and company sales goals.

Skills & Responsibilities

Qualifications/Requirements of the Position:

o 5+ years successful commissioned sales experience in high volume environment preferred.
o Ability to work efficiently and independently with little supervision.
o This sales position requires enhanced sales skills and follow-through when assisting customers in order to achieve preset sales quotas and performance standards.
o This candidate should be highly skilled at negotiating effectively, have a strong disposition for closing, and be commission driven
o Ability to use MicroSoft Office suite specifically: MS Word, Excel and Outlook, along with other proprietary database software
o High School Diploma or equivalent
