.NET Developer (multiple positions open for immediate hiring)

Job Description

MDI Group has an opportunity to hire multiple .NET Developers in the Phoenix office. The ideal candidates will demonstrate proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment, have good written and verbal communication skills, and possess the following skills and experience.

Required Skills and Experience:
• 3+ years of experience with software development work in a team environment
• Experienced C# programmer with web services, Client/Server, and ASP.NET skills
• Experience with scaling Web-based applications and Web security issues
• Up-to-date with latest .NET/Web technologies and best practices
• Fluent in .NET 3.5/4.0/4.5 Framework

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
• Experience with Microsoft development technologies, SaaS Cloud Architecture, Mobile applications and transaction processing
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS), UML, Visio, VS.NET 2010/2012 t, and SharePoint
• Experience with MVC 2.0/3.0/4.0 and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with SQL Server 2008/2012, HTML/HTML5, CSS, WPF, WCF, and Performance Tuning
• Adept at working in .NET based development and O&M environments

Additional Qualifications:
• Must be a critical thinker with the ability to think outside the box
• Must possess a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to work with team members to build successful solutions
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience and certification
