Mr. Paul W. Finch, Jr. serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Early Warning Services, LLC (Alternative name Primary Payment Systems Inc.). Mr. Finch serves as President of Risk Management Services Group for First Data Corporation. He served as Senior Vice President of Concord EFS Inc., and President of its Risk Management Services since joining in January 2003.
