About the Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and driven Warehouse Associate to join our team as the sole warehouse employee. This is a critical role that requires independence, organization, and the ability to take ownership of warehouse operations.
Initially, the warehouse will require 6 months of cleanup and reorganization, after which the role will transition into maintaining smooth daily operations and assuming additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and restore order in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory system.
- Receive, inspect, and process deliveries.
- Prepare, package and coordinate outgoing shipments.
- Operate forklifts (both sit-down and stand-up) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) strongly preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.

Chiller City sells chillers world wide and has the largest inventory of rebuilt chillers in the world. Chiller City currently occupies a 30,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility completed in December of 2011.
