About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and curious Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll transform data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, solve problems, and support data-driven strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Work closely with business teams to identify KPIs and track performance
Provide recommendations based on trends, anomalies, and data patterns
Create and maintain documentation for data models, processes, and analyses
Assist with A/B testing and statistical analysis to support marketing, product, and operations initiatives
Support data governance, integrity, and compliance standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
1–3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred)
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to translate data for non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools
Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics
Understanding of business operations in [specific industry]
