Is able to collect on past due accounts
Is very comfortable on the phone, as they will make outbound collections calls and take incoming calls in a high volume metrics-driven environment
Are able to navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged with the customer
Possesses a competitive and strong winning attitude, demonstrates resiliency, and extreme adaptability in a fast paced environment
Possesses excellent negotiation and decision making skills; in addition to strong communication skills
Possesses strong customer focus with the ability to conduct detailed discussions with our customers
Treats customers with respect and responds with empathy
Demonstrates sensitivity and compassion in difficult situations
Demonstrates personal excellence including punctuality, integrity and accountability
