Account Support Specialist
All about You:
You are a strong multi-tasker who enjoys juggling many balls in the air and working a to-do list. You have a very persuasive manner that gets results when working on time-sensitive matters. You have a heightened sense of urgency and know how to get the job done. You think proactively, identifying potential problems before they arise.
All about the Job:
You will be working with our customers and vendors to ensure all the details orders ship out according to plan, managing a large volume of time sensitive order flow with a multitude of vendors. This involves everything from confirming the purchase order was received, to managing the proofing process with the sales team through to ensuring everything ships on time and tracking information is captured. You will develop relationships with the vendors while also holding them accountable to their commitments. You will deal with any problems as they arise, working with the vendors and the sales team to find a resolution that will keep the client happy. You will work directly with our owners to support the selling process with follow up on marketing projects, selling opportunities and networking events.

- Great people skills, able to develop great working relationships
- Highly organized
- Understanding of importing/exporting would be a benefit
