Certified Caregivers

  

Purpose:

The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, energetic, have a friendly, outgoing personality and possess a genuine passion for working with the elderly. Experience in a Group Home setting preferred. Med Tech experience preferred but not required.

  

Requirements:

 ·       Caregivers certificate.

 ·       Up to date CPR and First Aid cards.

 ·       Valid Arizona finger print card.

 ·       TB test or chest x-ray given in the last 6 months.

 ·       Must have two work and personal references.

 ·       Ready to work right away.

 ·       Must speak and understand English reasonably well

 

Qualifications:

 

• Experience in Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing with a current Arizona Caregiver Certification.

• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.

• Must be knowledgeable of policy and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to Assisted Living Homes.

• Must be able to maintain good peer relations and resident’s morale.

• Displays high standards of honesty and forthrightness in all relationships; safeguards the reputation of the company.
