Description:
The Patient Care Supervisor is responsible for oversight of Patient Care Administrators, data entry of patient information and communicating with patients via phone and email. The supervisor will monitor productivity of the phone contractors to ensure an outstanding customer experience and be accountable for overall quality and pipeline.
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
Oversight of Patient Care Administrators productivity and quality.
Answer phone calls, check voicemails and communicate with patients via email.
Data entry of patient information.
Skills to perform position:
Experience working in Customer Service in the medical field.
Proven success working in a high volume phone/email environment.
