Office Administrative and Customer Support


Hello! We are, a recruitment marketing software.  We are hiring of some office support and help.  We are a small team of less that 10 and operate lean and mean.

Your job would consist of helping contribute to our great company culture.  You'll do that by support team members with answering calls, emailing clients and helping put on some of the best job fairs in Arizona.  We build and host 15 job fairs a year in AZ all to support and help our neighbors and friends find better jobs.

Proven admin or assistant experience

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - This is a must!

Strong organisational and planning skills

Proficiency in MS Office products



Understanding of SaaS industry

Understand Salesforce

Efficient with Linkedin

Experience in blog content writing

Background in Human Resources/Recruiting
